Wants to be publicly petty, and tell one sided stories…. Richard used my car (2011 335) for a commercial advertising this shop. It was a (at the time) business to business hook up, and I was to pay for labor to replace the windshield and they were to pay for parts. They used the wrong weather stripping on the top of the windshield, (see pictures) leaving an extremely obvious paint fade/ wear line. Over glued the windshield in place, causing the A pillar trim to be glued to the windshield that will ruin the fabric covering when removed. The paint at the windshield stripping is gouged. And despite the over-glueing the windshield seeps water.

Came here as I was recommended by a friend out of state. I was extremely impressed at the quickness and professionalism of how everything was done. They handled my insurance for me and made everything so simple. Not to mention my car looks brand spanking new. Thanks Heizer! You all are the absolute best and will be recommending to anyone who needs some auto body work done.

Top tier customer service & professional craftsmanship at this shop. Richard was great with explaining in detail the process for repair on my vehicle. He was great at communicating through the entire process. I highly recommend Heizer Hail. You're in good hands with them.

Amazing job done by the owner, Richard himself! I had taken my 2016 Honda crv to the Honda dealership itself and they couldn’t fix it after having it for days and charging me over 1k!! Richard did it in 3 hours!! I will recommend his shop for my friends and family, and be returning myself!

I HIGHLY recommend Heizer Hail. Richard and his team did a fantastic job repairing the extensive hail damage on my Audi Q5, and even fixed existing door dings. My car looks better than it did before the hail damage occurred. Richard also repaired a mechanical issue for $400 less than what the Audi dealership had quoted me for. Communication and updates were timely throughout the repair. It is clear that Richard values his customers and the work that he provides. I would definitely return to this shop.

Amazing experience! Richard made the dent in my wife’s car disappear. The result was better than I had hoped for. I am so pleased with his work!

So I first went to Heizer when someone dinged my door after parking as far as possible from other cars 😣. Their work was fantastic. I just picked up my very dinged up “classic” 26 year old car from their shop and they made it look amazing. I was sure some of the dents would require new door and quarter panels but it looks beautiful now. I’m proud to drive my car again. Great pricing. Real passion for the work and I highly recommend!

I absolutely love these people!!! The customer service and the expertise are truly top notch! They were truthful and thorough. Rich the owner is honest and knowledgeable. You can tell he has been doing this for a while. He certainly is no rookie. I Appreciate the time and the care that they put into their work. If you need body work done or hail repair this is your place! A1 service!

I considered not leaving this review at all, because the owner replies to each negative review saying why the customer is at fault instead of taking accountability. However, I could not believe how bad my service was, so I decided to leave a review. My car took 8 weeks to finish, instead of the expected 3 weeks. When I got the car back, it was not put back together properly. The clips on the plastic piece of lining that goes under the fender were broken off, so that piece of plastic doesn’t sit right. The rocker is bent. There is a piece of trim missing by my windshield. There is paint on my window. My roof is scratched up. One of the back window mouldings was not put on correctly, so it was moving around. In addition to this, there were hail dents that the shop had missed on my rear passenger door, and on the moulding above both passenger doors. I included pictures of the bent rocker, the wheel lining where the clips were broken off, the roof scratches, and the window moulding that wasn’t put back correctly. I brought these complaints back to the shop, and asked for my deductible back. The first thing the owner did was accuse me of breaking and denting these areas of my car just to get money from him. He said that there was no way the car would’ve been returned to me in that condition, so I must have done it myself. He eventually agreed that my car was badly done, and the solution he provided was for him to fix the car for free. However, after he accused me of breaking my own car, I felt more comfortable paying a different shop to fix my car than to have him fix it for free. He did not take me seriously at all.
