Thank you, George for your excellent service on installation our combined boiler in March 2026. I had a very pleasant experience over 3 days of his work. He explains to me what he is going to do and he has done daily. His professional knowledge and manner gave me tremendous confidence on his works. He is trust worthy and reliable. He also gave me lots of good advices on other potential house improvements I like to do. His advice is always based on my benefits, but not the profit. He is very organised and always made sure our place clean and tidy, had the least destruction, when he has to do lots of drilling on the wall to reinstall the new gas pipe. He also did extra help outside the contract by taking away the old hot water cylinder and tanks, which was big help for me as we haven't got car anymore. I am very happy with HR Solutions Ltd, all my experience with them are very positive. Good communication and high quality and professionally service. They also gave me an option on cost according to my situation, so I can justify with my budget. I am very happy with what I have paid and what quality service I have received.
