I had an excellent experience with Heath's Auto Service! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to clearly explain the issues with my vehicle and walked me through the repair process so I felt informed every step of the way. The repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. My car now runs better than ever, and I feel confident knowing the work was done with real attention to detail and integrity. What impressed me most was the honesty—there was no pressure for unnecessary add-ons, just straightforward recommendations that actually benefited my vehicle. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with such skilled workmanship. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for all future maintenance and repairs, and I highly recommend Heath's Auto Service to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service.

This place is really amazing. You walk in and Justin is there to greet you. He is amazing at his job. Friendly knowledgeable and he does everything to make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Even sent me a video showing me the problem. They take you home why you wait for your vehicle to be fixed and pick you back up when it is ready. They are quick and they do not try to make you pay for anything extra.Thry keep you updated every step of the way. Again Justin is the man! Amazing place. They take care of their customers.

Highly recommend Heaths! They fit me in as a walk in even on a busy Friday morning. I’ve been looking for a quality shop in the area and I’m so thankful to have found Heath’s. They were courteous and willing to work on my old K5 Blazer when other shops in the area were not. Thanks again to Heath’s!

Been bringing my 2019 Toyota 4runner here for almost 2 years. Initially came to Heaths after the Toyota Dealership had recommended replacing a wheel bearing for some shaking I was experiencing while highway driving. The dealership quoted me something like $1500 to replace the bearing. I only had 50k miles on the vehicle and that didn't feel right so I brought it into Heath's. They checked it out that day, saying there was nothing wrong with the bearing and it just needed an alignment and tire rotation.. cost me $250. That was over a year ago and everything has been fine since. Have since brought the 4runner and my fiance's car (2024 Rav4) here for scheduled maintenance since then. Have always experienced amazing service at great prices compared to the dealership.

I drove in from Southern California and noticed my tire pressure was low so I googled the best rated tire center near me and found Heath’s. As a walk-in, I was helped immediately. They checked my tires and just needed to be filled with air and recalibrated and they did it within five minutes, free of charge. I would highly recommend using Heath’s!! Dave and Logan, especially were extremely helpful and nice!! Next time in Arizona, I will be sure to visit!!

I've had my car serviced at Heath's multiple times and won't go anywhere else. They're consistently honest, professional, and good at what they do. Front staff is always very friendly and courteous as well.

Absolutely amazing experience! They did regular maintenance on my 2023 Range Rover sport, and it was a fraction of the price of the Range Rover dealership. They were honest, efficient, and very flexible with scheduling! We will definitely be back. They also gave my daughter a teddy bear, which is now her favorite! Overall great customer service, and great experience. Thank you Heath’s!

Was excited about this location being built, considering it’s right across the street from where I live in Scottsdale 11 Estates. Had received a large card welcoming saying to come over for a discounted oil change so I saved it and thought yeah I’ll go once I need an oil change. Took my car in on one of the rainiest days here in Arizona. They told me they could not honor the coupon because it was for limited time only just for the opening, which I saw at the bottom it said limited time only which was fine no big deal. The lady that does a courtesy drive home was super nice even though I didn’t really need a ride I told her I could walk but it was raining and she insisted very kind. I didn’t expect to wait two and half hours for an oil change and I had to call them to see if my car was ready Which they said it was but they had no courier to pick me up at that point. The rain was pouring and that would I would have to wait for the courier to come back so I just ended up walking there. Picked up my car no apology for the long time waiting. I think two and half hours waiting for an oil change a little too long. I wish my experience would’ve been nicer but I understand now how automotive centers work they take a lot of detailed pictures. Tell you what you need even though I just got my brake fluid flushed by J&W auto they’re the same practice by giving you all these bonus dollars coupons to come back put a little car freshener in your car and charge you a ton of money that’s why I stopped going there and was looking for new automotive care place and I thought this place would be a little bit better, but basically the same. They said I needed brake flush again because I had water in my brake system?? I just had that done at J&W I have no clue anyways I just worry about a place that takes a bunch of pictures of what you need when you just go in for a simple oil change they should just say hey, thank you for using us and we hope to for you to use us in the future. Why can’t you go into an automotive place and just get a simple oil change these days I don’t understand? Anyways, there’s room for improvement. I think at this location the first person I spoke to was rude that they were extremely busy for an oil change but then I called back thinking maybe it was a Mechanic that answered the phone due to their rush on the phone.. called back 10 minutes later They said they could get me come on in we have an appointment open in thirty minutes…ok great but two and a half hours is too much for an oil change. After walking there and totally soaked, they knew that I was not in a great mood. They just handed me my keys and a bunch of pictures and told me what I needed. I said thank you you walk to my car and left.

My car wasn’t starting, so I brought it to Heath’s Auto Service. They replaced my alternator, did a transmission service, induction service, replaced my brake pads, and took care of my filters. The whole process was super easy from start to finish. Dave was fantastic, he explained everything in a way I could actually understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It was refreshing to find a shop that’s both professional and approachable. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, I had optimistic expectations for this shop, however, things just didn't work out the way I hoped. Went there with a potential hybrid malfunction. Before I made an appointment, I specifically asked if they had Hybrid experience, answer was yes. I asked to have the Hybrid issue looked at plus an oil change and a low pressure tire. Came back and told me they didn't identify the Hybrid issue, only that they cleared a code and it was operating normal. The comment was "maybe the Hybrid battery should be replaced" and that work can only done at the dealer. In the end, I was charged $271 and the report was full of "other" issues that might need to be looked at (over $5,000), primarily suspension. I did not request or want to pay for that diagnostic work. I really felt like I paid a lot of money only to be told there are a bunch of other issues that "should" be addressed. Very "dealer like" in my opinion, and I do not want that experience with a local auto repair shop. Paying $271 to be told they cleared a code, oil and filter change and ID'd a nail in the tire (they do not repair tires) is just plain wrong and NOT what I asked for when I brought the car in. Obviously these guys are not Hybrid technicians. Too bad, won't be going back. Just moved to the valley and we have 3 cars that will need attention, could have been a way better outcome.
