Great professional service thank you Tom. I had a new boiler fitted and two radiators changed and repositioned, also moved flue to go through a flat roof. I was very impressed with this company. Tom was polite and informative. Kept in good communication all the time. Was a fair price. They worked hard and were tidy and respectful of your property. Wonderful job. 😀

On a very cold January our boiler packed in we were shocked at the quote of one independent installer. So I did some Google searching and decided to go through Worcester Bosch website, as I saw they were reasonably priced (And a little cheaper than BOXT). They sent the job to Heatd who came the next day and quoted a much more reasonable price. Tom rang the next day to see if we had looked over the quote and if we needed any further info. It was a quick click of a button and the job was booked in (From websearch Thurs, quote Fri, job was completed the following Wed) Tom & Joe were very professional at all times, clean and tidy and I was able to leave them to it why I worked from home with very little disruption. They say cheaper isn't always good, however I feel we have had fantastic value for money in comparison to our original quote and Tom & Joe deserve the fantastic Google reviews recieved. I will certainly be contacting them for jobs in the future and recommending them to others. It may have been a bit cheaper to go direct through Heatd website rather than WB so just do your homework. But highly recommend!

I found Heatd by chance after hearing their advertisement on Black Country Radio. I contacted them more in hope than expectation as I had been trying without success to get a quote to fit a gas fire for many months, and a replacement boiler for several weeks. More or less immediately I was contacted by Tom (Steventon) who arranged to call to see what was needed. He came as arranged and quoted for the job. His manner and the detailed quote he gave (for a combi system and gas fire fitting) was totally professional and he left the quote with us. After discussion we opted to have a boiler only quoted for as that was what we had before and it served our purposes. I contacted Tom and he requoted for a replacement boiler only without hesitation and this was accepted. The work was done within a very short period and done to an excellent standard. Rather than use my own words I have quoted below from four different reviews on Checkatrade and all describe first rate work and service. Throughout our dealings we were kept up to date and communication can only be described as first rate. Me and my partner had a boiler conversion to combi with Heatd Ltd. From start to finish Tom and Joe were fantastic going above and beyond in every step of the process, with no stones unturned. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom fitted me a ZEB boiler and a Thermino Sunamp water heater. Tom and his team were with me for a week and they all worked really hard, they never seemed to stop. The pipework was put in very neat and tidy. It was all well insulated too. I have added some pictures. They left my house tidy each day. The ZEB is great, it is keeping my house lovely and warm. (No more smelly oil, and mess from my log burner) The sunamp water heater is also great, it works off my solar panels, and I've had fabulous hot water from it. If I don't have enough sunshine in the winter, my ZEB will supply my hot water too. So if you are looking for a heating engineer, I would recommend Tom and Heatd.

Had a Worcester Bosch boiler change and an unvented cylinder installed in the beginning of June 2024. From the start Tom came to survey the property and a quote was generated within 24 hours. After some discussions about some variables the quote was edited and accepted by me. Tom, Joe and Shaun were very professional, prompt and tidy in their work. They were very well supported by Laura at the office with prompt replies to my queries. The work was done within the agreed time and the agreed quote. The system is working very well and I am well pleased. All in all very satisfied with the service. Thanks Heatd.

As stated in other reviews, a fantastic service from everyone at HeatD including really efficient backoffice organisation by Laura. Tom and Joe came promptly and worked nonstop for 4 days replacing our oil boiler with a Tepeo ZEB. Their work has been exceptionally tidy and they swept and hoovered every day. The house has never looked so clean. And they took away the old boiler which was great. Customer service was excellent and they explained our new system patiently, repeatedly and clearly. I used Heatd Ltd for the first time to install a replacement boiler. Tom visited the property to assess the situation and discuss installing a Worcester Bosch. Tom is very knowledgeable and gave a start date which he kept to. He did a great job installing the new boiler and even went the extra mile with some of the work he did. He is a clean and tidy worker and forwarded the paperwork afterwards promptly. I will be using Heatd Ltd (Tom) for more work in the future and would be happy to recommend them. Thanks again Tom.
