Heat2Plumb LTD

We moved into a Victorian property two days ago to find the boiler was dysfunctional. Heat2Plumb arrived at about 8pm on an emergency callout. They ensured everything was safe, installed a fresh thermostat, checked wiring, ran several tests and gave some very easy to understand advice. Charmingly, he even advised me on another unrelated matter. Very professional and I couldn't recommend them more.

Highly recommend Heat2Plumb. Dan was extremely helpful and efficient, coming out to see us at short notice and replacing a leaky hot water tank very quickly. When we had issues with our pump he was again super helpful and got everything sorted for us as quickly as he could. He's also very responsive to messages which is great when you're worried about a leak! Wouldn't hesitate to use Heat2Plumb again in the future.

Contacted regarding my leaking boiler, came out the next day and had a look, showed me the state of the inside of my boiler, rusty, soaking wet and generally ready to be scrapped. Went through the options with me, didnt push for expensive upgraded. Then came and fitted the new boiler the following day!! I have respiratory issues and being cold doesn’t help. But very knowledgeable, helpful and generally now my go to company for boiler issues! Thank you for A* service!

Dan from heat to plumb responded to my request from check a trade promptly to replace a hot water cyclinder. Honest hardworking lovely guy his communication for what I needed to do and best way forward was quick and he was able to fit me in on a Saturday so I did not need to take time off work. Very professional and left no mess. He checked everything was working before he left and it nice to have hot water and central heating again. I had 3 quotes and he was also the best with what I could afford. So nice to find someone who doesn't rip you off and would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

We used Heat2Plumb last month in an out of hours emergency with our boiler. Dan came to us within the hour, identified the issue and returned the following morning to resolve the issue. Fix leaking shower - This is the second time I contact Dan as he did an excellent job last time with leaking taps. Again, he came when he said, he assessed, ordered new shower and he fixed, all within a matter of days - excellent service, thank you.

Dan came initially in response to an emergency call out within I hour. He solved the problem in the short term but advised the boiler was in need of replacement. This was done a few days later, efficiently. Once the work was completed he took time to answer all our questions and sorted out the warranty etc. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.
