Heat Wave Glass & Window Tinting

I have came to this place 3 times to fix chips in my window shield. Each time, I have brought my HighLander, my Tacoma, and my Tundra in to get them fix. Heat Wave was able to fix it right away. I’m so thankful to have them in my back pocket when I have needed them. Such an awesome group of people. We appreciate your service. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't even give a star, but it requires to give a star in order to leave a review. >Do not recommend!! Unless you want to get cussed at in front of your children!< When I initially came in I told them I wanted the front driver and front passenger windows darker than 20% because you could still see through it. However, when I came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was 20% and just like I had predicted, you could see right through it. That day I spoke with Freddy, who told me to bring it back and they would make it right since they were closing. Although I wasn't satisfied because this is not what I agreed to pay for I agreed to come back since he mentioned they were willing to "make it right". Even then I had to bring it right back 20 minutes later after I drove all the way home because they left a giant bubble on 1 window and 3 medium sized bubbles on another window. He told me to just get a card and smooth it out myself but since I'm not a tint installer, plus I already paid for their service, I instead felt more comfortable bringing it back to get it fixed because I and didn't want to mess it up. I brought it back today so they could "make it right" (one week later). However, now they wanted to charge an additional $50 to "Make It Right" to which I didn't agree since this was not what was discussed. I was standing inside the waiting area with my 10-year-old when the owner John came in (followed by a little girl that seemed to be about 8 years old) and says, yeah, go ahead and just pull it in "I'm not dealing with her BULLSHIT". This was extremely upsetting since I don't use that type of language around my child. The fact is, I paid for services, and this man spoke to me in this manner, in front of my son was beyond disrespectful. I decided to walk out and decline any further services. Just like he didn't "want to deal with my Bullshit" I was not willing to be disrespected by a grown man in front of my son and another child, for services that I unfortunately paid for. This is not ok, so I had to share so no one is ever treated the way I was, especially in front of your children!

I came here to have my car tinted and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Quality of the tint is great. The price is extremely affordable (I am a college student). The customer service was beyond. Thank you John, Adam, and the rest of the crew!

Used heatwave for tinting all my windows for my Tacoma and it was done so quick. Came out great! Loved the quality and the owners are super nice and know exactly what you ask for. Even filled a couple of my windshield chips. Great company, would highly recommend.

HEATWAVE is the best!!! I took in my vehicle to get tint and a new windshield. I heard a noise and he replaced it no questions asked. When the noise came back he took it in to look at and found that my vehicle had an issue with the cabin air filter opening up and making it seem like noise was coming in from the windshield. John (the owner) and I had several conversations due to the windshield having issues prior to figuring it out. Not once did he get frustrated at the issue. I thanked him for figuring out the problem and that I would take to my mechanic for them to fix it he also did the tint on my wife’s car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Heatwave. John will get you right. They do a great job and competitive pricing. Any future vehicles I have or any friends that ask for window tint and glass, I will always recommend Heatwave. Thanks again John.

Great customer service. 18 Wheeler on I35 got me in my plumbing van. Cracked the windshield beyond repair. We checked a few places, but ended up being referred to heatwave. They did an awesome job, super fast. I'm super happy about my new windshield, and got it at a fair price. I hope I don't get another broken windshield any time soon, but when I do, I know where I'm going.
