I have came to this place 3 times to fix chips in my window shield. Each time, I have brought my HighLander, my Tacoma, and my Tundra in to get them fix. Heat Wave was able to fix it right away. I’m so thankful to have them in my back pocket when I have needed them. Such an awesome group of people. We appreciate your service. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't even give a star, but it requires to give a star in order to leave a review. >Do not recommend!! Unless you want to get cussed at in front of your children!< When I initially came in I told them I wanted the front driver and front passenger windows darker than 20% because you could still see through it. However, when I came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was 20% and just like I had predicted, you could see right through it. That day I spoke with Freddy, who told me to bring it back and they would make it right since they were closing. Although I wasn't satisfied because this is not what I agreed to pay for I agreed to come back since he mentioned they were willing to "make it right". Even then I had to bring it right back 20 minutes later after I drove all the way home because they left a giant bubble on 1 window and 3 medium sized bubbles on another window. He told me to just get a card and smooth it out myself but since I'm not a tint installer, plus I already paid for their service, I instead felt more comfortable bringing it back to get it fixed because I and didn't want to mess it up. I brought it back today so they could "make it right" (one week later). However, now they wanted to charge an additional $50 to "Make It Right" to which I didn't agree since this was not what was discussed. I was standing inside the waiting area with my 10-year-old when the owner John came in (followed by a little girl that seemed to be about 8 years old) and says, yeah, go ahead and just pull it in "I'm not dealing with her BULLSHIT". This was extremely upsetting since I don't use that type of language around my child. The fact is, I paid for services, and this man spoke to me in this manner, in front of my son was beyond disrespectful. I decided to walk out and decline any further services. Just like he didn't "want to deal with my Bullshit" I was not willing to be disrespected by a grown man in front of my son and another child, for services that I unfortunately paid for. This is not ok, so I had to share so no one is ever treated the way I was, especially in front of your children!
