The engineer who did a boiler servicing for us was very professional and answered all my questions patiently. Very efficient, we also got a quote for the job needed next day first thing in the morning. Great experience.

I was worried when a couple of appointments were cancelled at the last minute, but then the service was excellent. Quick responses to queries, arrived on time, found the problem with my gas stove very quicky and let me know exactly how much and when it could be fixed. Came back when the part had been received, and now all works perfectly, just in time for Christmas. Would totally recommend Heat Excel.

Heat Excel replaced my daughter's boiler which was not working when she moved into her house. Mike and his dad responded quickly around 30 minutes from the original call on a Saturday afternoon. Diagnosed a defective and ill-maintained boiler, ordered a new one and fitted it on the Wednesday. The engineers, Lewis & Alex were polite, professional and very efficient. They will be carrying out the servicing in future and will be our first port of call with any heating/plumbing issues. Would highly recommend them.

A big thank you for first inspecting my mum's old boiler on the same day I called you which due to its age was not cost effective to repair, and secondly providing quotes for a new boiler,which was fitted very quickly and a fair price. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I phoned up Heat Excel Ltd. saying I had a leak in bathroom wasn't expecting them to come out the same day to fix problem. They turned up within 2 hours. Fixed the problem and did a very good job. I would recommend this to anyone needing a plumber 10/10 . 110% brilliant at fixing the problem thanks again. 👍

I contacted a few companies. Heat Excel was the only one who would just send me a quote for a Power Flush. Also there was no nonsense about call out fees because they would give me a quote. Without calling out and trying to charge me a fee. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. The engineer was friendly and did a good job.
