Heat Customs is the place to go for all of your food truck needs! I have had dealings with a few food truck builders and they worked on my trailer for two day and it looks amazing! They fixed everything that was done incorrectly, organized it to function better and I am so happy with the results! I will never ever go anywhere else! They fixed my plumbing, electrical, custom built my window & more! Thanks to them I now love my dessert truck and can’t wait to start on my new project with them next year. Vernice is amazing! So helpful and communicative. And she always hypes up her team of builders there, and for good reason! They are all such wonderful, hard working people in the shop there. We also met the owner who was so kind. We brought our trailer to Heat that we purchased somewhere else, and Heat Custom stepped in to pick up the project, which wasn't completed to our expectations at the other company! Heat wrapped our trailer, which looks amazing, we get compliments all the time. They also added custom lighting, and mounted our generator in a very secure diamond-plate box (people always ask where we got that made). 10/10 would recommend getting your food truck from Heat, don't make the mistake we did by going to another company that will rip you O.F.F. (iykyk).

Vernice is awesome!!!! Heat Customs built an amazing food truck for us, almost a year ago. We were rear ended, not long after it was built, so we had to take the trailer back and get repair’s done, and a couple other times, for minor stuff. Heat Customs does excellent work, and stands behind their work. They are excellent people to do business with. Vernice is the one we dealt with, most of the time. I bought an empty trailer a couple of months back. I said to myself, I don't need a builder, I am gonna buy everything and put it together myself. I started researching, what I needed and the costs. As reality set in, I realized I needed some help. I researched many places local and far, and visited three in town. Each time, the staff and the level of professionalism, would not allow me to trust them with my trailer. BUT, from the moment I walked into Heat Custom, I knew that I was in the right place. The PROFESSIONALISM of the staff, their HELPFULNESS and the CRAFTSMANSHIP is second to none. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job bringing my trailer to completion. They were UPFRONT and HONEST with pricing. Heat Customs is awesome! One stop shop for all things food truck related! SpaceX was looking for a place to be able to take one of their trucks to have some work done to it, and we found this gem! They do everything on site, and offer almost limitless options. If you have the dream and the money, they can make it happen for you! I worked closely with Vernice and Helian and they made the process very easy. They had answers to all my silly questions, and were very helpful. You can tell that customer service is something they take very seriously, and is one thing I appreciated the most. I am someone that if the business does not have good customer service, I WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM. Vernice and Helian made me happy to support them! I originally brought the truck to them for table fabrications, as my tables on my food truck were a little shotty to say the least! They ripped out the old ones and refreshed the whole truck by putting shiny aluminum frames in, and brand new table tops in! After finding out everything else they were able to do, the list of projects we asked of them quickly grew! Before I knew it, we were upgrading my on board propane tank, installing inside and outside speakers, as well as some athestics like blacking out all my metal fixtures, and straightening out my front bumper that was all out of whack. I wish I would have found them before paying another company to wrap my truck, or I would have taken it to heat customs for a one stop shop experience! Overall between customer service, work preformed, and timeframe of projects I give them an easy 10/10! We will definitely be back for future projects and are even starting a conversation with them about starting a new food truck build with them from scratch! Give them a call, you will not regret it!

For personal reasons, I needed to cancel my contract and the company handled the cancellation very honestly. For sure, if I resume my project in the future, it will be done with them.

We recently received our trailer from Heat Custom. Our experience with them has been nothing but positive. They helped us all the way and answered every one of our questions. Gabriel Nino is such a pleasant and respectful person and it was an amazing experience doing business with them. They also did the wrap for the trailer which turned out amazing!
