I spoke with April and she was so kind on the phone. She answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment in their showroom for me to choose my fireplace! I am so excited to choose my fireplace with them.

Josh was very kind and hard working. He exceeded my expectations. I feel like he should be recognized for his kindness.

I had an old wood burning fireplace converted to gas 15 years ago and finally decided it was time to get a 'log set'. I wanted something contemporary. Brittany at Hearth & Fireplace Creations was awesome. She knew just what to order and helped with the glass selections as well. I am so pleased. It looks better than expected. Even my husband said it looked better than he would have ever expected! Brittany recommended installation by Daniel Price Gas (Dan THE Gas Man) who did a great job as well. Love it when a plan works out and everyone provides excellent service. Thanks so much for all your help! I'll definitely be back when its time for the fireplace installation on the patio next year. :)

Not only a great selection of products, but the customer service during and after the purchase and installation was outstanding!! They kept us informed along the way of timeframe to receive our fireplace and installation. They always made it convenient for us (the customer) and let me say the guys that came out to do the install were amazing! Not only professional, Courteous, nice, they took their time and explained exactly how to use the fireplace , asked if I had questions and then said if you ever have issues just call and we will walk you through to trouble shoot or if needed we will come out and take a look. Whatever the case may be or whatever may arise if issues Todd and Tammy will make it right for their customers! They were amazing to do business with and have a customer for life! Do not respond timely , lack of help or communication. Ridiculous wait for a sub par equipment. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Incredible that they stay on business. If I could give them a half star or no star I would

April has been excellent to work with in obtaining parts for our older fireplace! We imagined this task to be quite a challenge, but April helped in all the ways she could to help us get the right parts to get it working properly again.
