Of all places to have "white coat" anxiety you would think it would be the cardiologist but not with Dr. Pradhan. He is very comfortable to be around, listens well and gives sage advice without ever making you feel bad. The staff is also very good but Val is exceptional. If she says something she follows through and keeps in constant contact until the issue is taken care. Overall this is the one office I feel comfortable at.

My husband had a test done under this Dr. in February it is now April and the Dr has not deemed it necessary to provide the results of this test. They have billed us for over $300 but have yet to call with results after 8 calls to the office requesting results. I called today and was told the Dr is still reviewing the test. I am a veteran Nurse with 40 years active practice. It does not take 2 months to review test results. If there is actually a problem this is considered malpractice, if there is no problem it is inconsiderate at least, Negligence to be sure. If the Dr is seeing so many patients that he can’t provide results in a timely manner he is not providing the best possible care and possibly postponing treatment if needed. We will be finding another provider.

I went for a checkup to Dr. Pradhan after a few years, although was not showing any symptoms. His assessment of the initial tests and my family history gave him sufficient reason to probe further. He conducted the various tests in methodical steps of increasing fidelity and addressed my situation with a procedure, which, now, as I reflect, he may have suspected. Dr. Pradhan’s methodical approach impressed me the most, notwithstanding the exceptional skill and honed experience that made him take the path based on the initial test results that created a concern in his mind. Next, his bedside manners, a hallmark of a passionate doctor, was even more impressive. I was made calm with the explanation he provided, and the confidence he exuded, before the surgical procedure. He could see my anxiety due to something so unexpected that would now take over my otherwise very active life. Post surgery, he explained in detail what had transpired, and, in the follow-up visit, he even showed me the pictures of the procedure. Both Valerie and Beth on his staff are also truly stellar, and reflect the concern and passion demonstrated by Dr. Pradhan. They treat you very special. I highly recommend Dr. Pradhan especially as an Intervention Cardiologist considering my asymptomatic situation. He truly gave me a second birthday!

I used to work at this office and continue to see Dr. Pradhan as my cardiologist. What I like about him is that he tries non-invasive measures first. He is not quick to schedule for surgery, like other doctors in the area. You may not like what he has to say, as in being told to exercise and eat better, but he is always right. I recommend him to everyone, especially if they are afraid of a surgery.

Dr. Pradhan has been my cardiologist for 7 years now. I needed a cardiac screen for life insurance and discovered I had a small murmur. I found Dr. Pradhan to be very attentive to my concerns. He immediately ordered an echocardiogram which gave him the information he needed to diagnose the source of my murmur. When I do my yearly follow up with him, he always gives me excellent advice on how to keep healthy. The office is beautiful, and the staff are very responsive. I have recommended him as a cardiologist to my friends.

I'm a young 23yo girl. I was referred to Dr. Pradhan by my primary after experiencing atypical squeezing chest pain and an abnormal EKG on July 2nd. I waited for over an hour for him to enter the exam room. When he did, he talked with me for MAX 5 minutes. He told me he wasn't concerned with my ekg because I am too young. He said my pain must be acid reflux since I'm so young I probably don't know how that feels. He then proceeded to tell me to "avoid eating spicy foods and anything before bed." I told him I never eat spicey food (I'm very Plain Jane picky) and stay away from eating before bed. He then repeated to me as if he didn't hear me to "Stay away from spicey foods." He did order an echocardiogram for me same day just because of my mother's history of a faulty Mitral valve. The best part of my visit was after his 5 minute talk with me and ignoring everything I said, he stood up and proceeded to tell me "Don't go to a cardiologist, you are way too young to have any issues." I did the echo and was told I'd have the results no later than the following Tuesday July 9th since the holiday. The 9th came around and I heard nothing. I called the office on the 11th and she said it was still being deciphered and I'd hear from them no later than Monday July 15th. I called them for the results on the 16th and after being on hold for awhile the receptionist told me it was normal. So I asked her if it'd be uploaded to myBeaumont chart online and she said yes. I wanted to physically look at the results because sadly my visit with the doctor made me feel like he didn't even look at my echo and brushed it off saying it was normal. Which is a terrible feeling! A week later it still wasn't uploaded, so I called and asked them to mail my results to me. Yesterday, July 30th, I received my echo results in the mail. Yes it's normal. Normal with normal abnormal variants. It says I have mild regurgitation in 2 valves. I'm shocked the doctor didn't mention this at all since I'm having chest pain and symptoms and I'm so young. My mom is in her 50s and has the same problems and her cardiologist wants to Follow up in a month to go over results and schedule another echo in a year to monitor. I was told "Normal" after 3 weeks of pestering the office.

The reason I am giving this medical office one star is due to poor customer service, lack if respect and poor communication I made 2 medical visits to this office, at the first visit I waited less than 20 min, but at my second visit I waited an hour. Nobody in the office didn't bother to let me know why the waiting time was so long or letting me know when I arrived that I will wait for a while at my 2nd visit. At the end of my second visit they told me that they will call with my results in 7 days. My first appointment was on 7/2/2019 and the second on 7/11/2019 . So far nobody in the office didn't bother to contact me in regards with my heart results (3rd week no calls). Although I called three times so far, once I spoke with a front desk who told me that the results are sitting on someone desk who needs to be read. Once I called during business hours and nobody answer, and 3rd time left a voice message. Shame on this medical office who is taking advantage of their clients at the clients expense.
