Heart of Gold Medical Transport deserves a perfect score. They are very accommodating even when I had to change a few things Lydia is excellent and very patient thru the changes I had to make. 2 drivers today helped me, one’s name is Jeet and other is Curtis. The pick up and waiting for me in Dental office during my procedure today since I was sedated. Everyone is extremely courteous and careful with you at all times. Highly recommended this company. They live up to there name Heart of Gold. I am adding Pat to this review he made sure everything went well as far as getting me to Dentist again on YThursday 6/18. I was very impressed by my service today to get to and home from dialysis treatment. I had to leave a little early due to leg cramping and called dispatch for an early pick up - no problem and very prompt response to my request. They were able to pick me up in ten minutes -:it really pays to deal with a local company. The drivers were cheerful, professional and skilled - I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to other dialysis patients needing a very reliable business and competent staff - believe me, I have had to survive over two years of nightmare services. Heart of Gold is a life saver. My grandmother is in a wheelchair and needs help getting to and from her appointments. I use them 3-4 times a month and all the drivers are amazing. They are very professional, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have used Heart of Gold Medical Transport for years now. First, to get his mom to appointments and then to get my brother to appointments when he couldn't transfer to our car. We now use them to take my brother to his beloved Easter Seals program and we couldn't be happier. All the drivers are prompt and communicative and friendly to Robert. However, Ana Campos stands out as exceptional. She always has a smile on her face for Robert and is full of energy and joy (even first thing in the morning!). She makes sure Robert and his oxygen tank are safely secured and makes his ride to his Day Program a positive start to the day. As Robert would say, Ana is “super amazing excellent and great great great!” Thank you!

My first time using Heart of Gold and they definitely live up to their name. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very helpful in scheduling pickup for my 98 year old mom. Our driver Ana was amazing. Her patience and professionalism put us both at ease. And her upbeat personality made the ride even better. Will definitely use their service again in the future.
