My husband and I have used Heart of Gold Medical Transport for years now. First, to get his mom to appointments and then to get my brother to appointments when he couldn't transfer to our car. We now use them to take my brother to his beloved Easter Seals program and we couldn't be happier. All the drivers are prompt and communicative and friendly to Robert. However, Ana Campos stands out as exceptional. She always has a smile on her face for Robert and is full of energy and joy (even first thing in the morning!). She makes sure Robert and his oxygen tank are safely secured and makes his ride to his Day Program a positive start to the day. As Robert would say, Ana is “super amazing excellent and great great great!” Thank you!

My first time using Heart of Gold and they definitely live up to their name. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very helpful in scheduling pickup for my 98 year old mom. Our driver Ana was amazing. Her patience and professionalism put us both at ease. And her upbeat personality made the ride even better. Will definitely use their service again in the future.

Late to pick us up, I noticed a engine light on, as we made our way down the street to the hospital appointment, the man pulled over an said he had a flat, their was no flat , I told him he only needs a bit of air n his tire is what the light indicates , he jump out the car smirking walked around the car and said he cant take me to my appointment, he then drop me off in a parking lot,.Shame on Heart of Gold, I guess you pick n chose when to have a heart,

Heart Of Gold Transportation has made our lives much better! They are providing safe and efficient transportation for our autistic daughter. She is in a non-public school, and requires special attention. She is very happy with all of the drivers! That is most important! I can’t say enough good things?!

The drive that pick-up my Grandmother the other day was amazing. Ana made her feel comfortable and safe. She was really nice and friendly& also really funny.This was by far the best transportation service ever!!!😇💯 Thanks, Heart of Gold...

Ana was a bright shinning moment in a very stressful day. Her cheeriness and professionalism were above and beyond. Her driving was slow and steady, making the transport as comfortable as possible. I especially love the way she introduced herself to my mom, to put my mom more at ease.

Anna was a lively and polite driver. I enjoyed her more than the others. She treated me like she would treat her own mother. She talked to me the whole time which made the drive so much more pleasant.. You should have more drivers like her. I will request her the next time I need a rice. Thankyou Anna.

Heart of Gold Transport is a WONDERFUL Transport company that services the Sacramento area including Elk Grove. Today a family member who is in wheelchair had doctor appointment downtown. Due to heavy traffic, Anna the driver knew she was going to be late for pickup. Anna advised their office to let us know new ETA. Doctor office was able to accommodate new arrival time. Anna's communication advising of new pickup time made all the difference in being able to be seen by doctor! Thank you Anna and Heart of Gold Transport for GREAT SERVICE!

Anna, my driver was very aware of the road and was also really good company. She was super sweet and I wish she could be my driver every transportation. Love, love, love her. She was also very safe and kind with my resident.
