We rented a stair wheelchair for 5 months to help with my dad’s mobility during his illness, and the service was truly seamless. ​Both the initial renting-out process and the final drop-off—including the deposit refund—were handled very smoothly. The communication with the staff was professional and clear throughout the entire duration. ​A special thanks to Sanjay for his guidance; he made the drop-off process completely hassle-free for us during a difficult time. I purchased a semi inclined bed in Sept 2025 , but I felt some wheel lock is missing. I posted a video of that to Mr Niranjan and he promptly assured me for that. In two days he himself came with labour and fitted new one in place of old without any cost. I am very much happy and relieved of the problem. Thanks for the job and keep it up
