I had a great experience with Healthy Jeena Sikho. I recently purchased an electric wheelchair from them, and the entire process was smooth and professional. A special thanks to Ishan and Ekam Jot Ishan for their excellent guidance. They explained all the functions, advantages, and even the limitations of the wheelchair very clearly and honestly. I really appreciated their transparency, as it helped me make a confident and informed decision. Their behavior was polite, patient, and very supportive throughout. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable medical equipment and trustworthy guidance!

I rented a hospital bed from Healthy Jeena Sikho in Mohali and the service was very smooth. The team came on time and did the setup quickly. They also showed all the functions properly. It was easy for us to manage after that.

Very disappointing experience with the CPAP service. The support and guidance provided were extremely poor, and the response was far from what I expected. For medical equipment like a CPAP, customers need proper assistance, clear guidance, and timely support, but unfortunately, none of that was provided. The overall service was highly unsatisfactory and frustrating. I strongly recommend improving the customer support and taking customer concerns more seriously.

I recently purchased a medical bed from Healthy Jeena Sikho, and my experience has been excellent. The quality of the bed is very good, sturdy, comfortable, and exactly as described. It has made patient care at home much easier and more convenient. I would also like to especially appreciate Yogesh, the delivery boy. He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the delivery process. He ensured the bed was delivered on time and properly set up. His behavior was respectful, and he explained everything clearly. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!

I rented a CPAP machine, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The machine was not in the condition I expected, and its performance was below average. It was uncomfortable to use and did not provide effective therapy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The customer support was equally disappointing. When I contacted the support team regarding the issues, I did not receive a timely or helpful response. Even after multiple follow-ups, my concerns remained unresolved. I expected a dependable CPAP machine along with responsive customer service, but neither met my expectations. Based on my overall experience, I would not recommend this organization.

Not happy with the CPAP service. The support and guidance provided were not satisfactory. For medical equipment like CPAP, proper assistance and timely response are very important, but my experience was disappointing. Hope they work on improving their service quality.
