I had one of the worst and most disappointing experiences with the X ray technician today. While taking my husbands X ray, the technician was openly talking on the phone and was completely distracted during the procedure. When we politely asked her to focus on her work because this is a medical test and accuracy matters, she arrogantly replied, “I know my work, do not teach me.” Her behaviour was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable in any health care facility. Patients come here expecting care, attention and basic respect, but what we experienced was the complete opposite. The technician showed no sense of responsibility, no respect toward patients and no understanding of how serious her job is. If this is how she handles medical procedures, it raises serious concerns about the safety and standard of this place. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would not recommend this centre to anyone. The management urgently needs to take action against this staff member before more patients face the same disrespectful behaviour

Good service. Staff is also good in communication and even very helpful. Charges is affordable. I have visited twice in this clinic and get good service.

Was able to do Sonography after 3.00 pm when all other centers nearby didn't have any Doctor.

The technician made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. I received my results promptly, and the facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend this lab
