I have been training with Gus for alittle over a month and the results have blown me away! Im down dress sizeS and feel stronger after every session. As someone who has never enjoyed exercise I have been motivated to keep going and soo happy with my decision to do 1 on 1! The workouts are tailored to me and when I feel I am not capable Gus takes his time, talks me through my fear and proves me wrong making me feel I can achieve anything!

I can't recommend Gus highly enough as a personal trainer! From our very first session, his passion for fitness and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals was evident. Gus tailors each workout to fit mine and my partners individual needs, making sure to challenge us while also keeping things fun and engaging. His extensive knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition has been invaluable, guiding me towards a healthier lifestyle. I have been working with Gus to improve my upper body stregth and trim down weight. He has been able to help keep me motivated towards my targets whilst encouraging me to push my limits. I have previously used gyms and found that my own motivation and self dicipline is poor - if you are wanting to reach your own fitness goals, I would thoroughly recommend Gus.

I have been working with Gus since the midst of COVID19 in 2020. At the start I weighed 173kg, was eating a terrible diet, no idea how to exercise, high blood pressure, issues with high cholesterol and stomach problems. Within a year I had lost 60kg through a diet plan, built muscle from my training plan and generally my health and general fitness had improved. People have often asked me how I managed to get such amazing progress and I point them in Gus’ direction. About a year ago I had a shoulder issue. Initially I went to the GP and saw a physio, after about 10 sessions there was no improvement. I spoke to Gus about it who recommended some exercises and within a week the pain started to recede, after a month it was gone completely. He understands how the body works better than any person I have ever met. It’s now 4 years since I first started working with Gus, there have been ups and downs but Gus’ compassion, support and drive to help me make a better me has never wavered. He is an incredible human being with so much expertise in what he does. Work with him and you will not regret it.

Seriously, l have never liked any form of exercise, but as l am maturing, l thought l should look after my wellbeing as best as l can. Enter Gus, he is amazing, he started with a thorough assessment and has so much knowledge. He is putting me through my paces, given me meal plans to follow and guess what, l am loving it. I can’t recommend him enough, it's only been a couple of weeks, but l am genuinely feeling the benefits. I am really positive to reach my goals, with Gus's amazing coaching.

I started training with Gus when I was at both my least confident and least happy I’d ever been with my wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Gus immediately committed himself to helping me fix my physical health with a diet and workout plan that was varied and highly effective. This plan made me really focus on what I was eating and the quality of what I was eating. So much so that I was able to recognise the effects eating/living unhealthily would have on me. Gus would also constantly push me in the gym to lift heavier than I had done before and with the best form I have had. He gave me the complete confidence that I could and would be able to lift whatever the weight, and for whatever the number of reps and sets. Gus was great at giving me advice and answering any question I had on health and fitness. He made me care for my health and wellbeing in a way that I enjoyed the process as well as enjoyed how I was feeling about myself. I even ended up doing other things around my wellbeing such as breath work and walking a lot more. Gus also advised on specific vitamins I could take which made a marked improvement to my health and how I felt about myself. The experience of being trained by Gus has completely changed my outlook on my health and wellbeing and I have learned valuable life lessons from him that still help me to this day. I would thoroughly recommend Gus as a fitness and wellbeing coach to anybody and everybody. No matter how negative you might be feeling about yourself or how much you think you can’t achieve something, Gus will give you your belief and confidence back while supporting you every step of the way!

I couldn’t recommend Gus enough. He truely helped me through thick and thin to help regain my physical and mental health. I first met Gus when I was just about to graduate as a dancer when I was recommended the Keto diet by another trainer which didn’t fit well for my physical lifestyle. Gus helped me get over my fear for carbs, learned about nutrition and how to handle my stress with what I was able to control or how to accept change. Whether that was my body changing for the better or personal life. My cycle also came back after loosing it for about 2 years. The journey was a rollercoaster for me but Gus was there every step of the way supporting me and making sure my meal plans for the week were exactly right for me and my training would not only help me for my health but benefit me in my job. I grew a love for working out rather than a punishment. I used to be 38kg to now being healthy, happy and a circus performer/dancer. My career developed even when I lost it at one point (covid), my perspectives on situations have improved, my confidence at the gym and weight training has grown. My life has truly changed for the better and I have Gus to thank for being my hero. Wealth is health. Thank you Gus x

I am an absolute rookie but Gus has made my sessions enjoyable - which is more than I was hoping for ! He clearly knows his stuff and is a great instructor , encouraging and supportive , taking a lot of time to help me master the techniques required

Amazing experience so far with Gus and his team, being supported by them for a years where so far lost 14kg with health choices. He not only works on the physical but the transformation on your mind, been very supportive as lifestyle change coach. 100% recommended

Myself and my partner were looking for a Personal Trainer and we came across Gus we had an initial chat/meeting with Gus to go over what we were looking for and what Gus offered we were highly impressed with his vast knowledge in not only fitness but health and well being and how he could help us reach our goals, I am a very fussy eater and Gus has made a meal plan for me that suits what I will and won’t eat and it works for me and my schedule we see Gus twice a week for an outdoor fitness session in our own back garden he brings all the equipment with him and no day is ever the same as the next he’s very motivational and keeps you going he is always available if you have questions anytime or day of the week I would highly recommend Gus to anyone that is looking for a Personal trainer 100% really nice guy and very professional.
