You can exercise anywhere and I can show you how. You don’t need any equipment but you can also use anything you have that’s lying around. Here I have 2 dumbbells, two bags of shopping or something similar would do just as good. There are regressions and progressions to every exercise so don’t worry if you can’t do say, a push up.
