Client Duncan likes to keep his own records of progress. Although his sessions vary all the time, we do focus on progressing lifts whether they are done first, in the middle or last. Duncan’s barbell squat has been nicely increasing week on week for sets of 10 reps. Duncan’s goals (in his 40’s) are to stay young and be young for as long as possible. Here he is building strength and reversing the clock week on week with a simple home gym set up.
