Out for a walk and found this gem of a place. Yes it’s for kids so naturally us being big kids, we got involved 😂

When you view fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle, it becomes much easier to do.

It also becomes random acts during the day as well as planned.

Mobile PT is a great option where the PT comes to you either at home or outside. Equipment can be brought or can be made from outside/indoor objects.

Bodyweight is a good alternative and you do NOT have to do burpees 😂
