It blows my mind that December becomes a month of “f!&k it, I’ll pick it up next year” and I have no idea why. 1 meal out a week won’t stop progress, either will Christmas if you stay on your game the rest of the time. Yes, drinking and eating all the foods (and believe me, I will be too) will make training the last thing on your mind but come December 27th, I’ll be right back to eating and training as I was before the big day. Boxing Day I’ll settle for steps 😂 but seriously there is no reason to quit on your goals because it’s December. Keep going, keep making progress and start the new year in a much better place.
