Mouth breathers, belly breathers, shallow breathers, it’s insane the fact that not many people know how to breathe. Through your nose for a start that’s in and out. Into your chest, let your rib cage expand and fill your lungs. Take deep breaths, not like you’re having a panic attack. Think about this while you do it and feel your stresses leaving your brain.

Stop watching soaps as literally nothing good ever happens. It’s just pure drama and the news, I’d love to hear something positive on the news but that just ain’t gonna happen. If you don’t get stressed about it, you get angry and the outcome becomes the same. Avoid!

Frequent walks clears the mind and helps with digestion. Digestive issues are stress too so don’t want them either. If you’re listening to something, your mind focuses on that and doesn’t allow you to find solutions to your problems. Free your mind and let it work.

Screen time reduction, blue light from screens and indoor lights raises cortisol levels. That’s your stress hormone. Reduce screen times especially before bed to reduce cortisol. Definitely avoid screens if you watch the news or scroll through how perfect others lives seem to be. You don’t need that.

Magnesium is the super supplement. Required for so many things and stress reduction is definitely one of them. Highly highly recommend especially before bed for better sleep.
