Serious note, what is fitness? Its ability. The ability to walk, run, sprint, jump, climb, bend, move, twist, react, grab, catch, hold. All these things, we as humans take for granted and as such, some of us (a lot of us) lose this ability as we age.

Hitting the gym, home workouts, swinging a kettlebell, core workouts, whatever, everything plays a part in us staying able and functional later in life.

There is a best time to start but there is no worst. Just start. I’ve seen people in wheelchairs due to poor health become fitter than some 30 year old and not just walk, but jump, squat, deadlift, pull-up and plank.
