Sara is an amazing person and joy to train but her journey started from a pretty poor place. Massively under eating (as a result of poor guidance from her previous coach) where her health had deteriorated. Her hair was thinning, her skin was getting bad and she hadn’t had a period for months. Luckily she reached out and a plan was put in place to increase her muscle mass through training, good nutritious food and focus on recovery.

I’m not here to bash other coaches but I preach health and it’s my number one focus. Others will get you to drop weight FAST but at the cost of your health and quality of life.
