Think about it for a second 🤔 I sacrifice junk food so I can be healthy?? Is this REALLY a sacrifice? To feel good inside and out? Clear skin, shiny hair, youthful looks, less to no gut inflammation/bloating, slim waistline, clear mind, more energy???

Sounds to me that you’re sacrificing a hell of a lot more for momentary gratification 🤷🏼‍♂️ sure you’ll have a party in your mouth and your dopamine receptors will be going nuts for a few minutes but then, the opposite of all the stuff mentioned above follows…..

Bad skin, dull thin weak hair, bloat, low energy, brain fog and that slim waistline won’t be slim for long. Then you eat some more because you need a dopamine boost which leads to really poor health, medications, in and out of doctors and hospitals…..
