Get outside, get in nature and if you’re feeling brave, jump into some cold water 🥶 so many health benefits and yes, well out of my comfort zone but that is how we make progress in life. Want to pick up something heavy? Gotta lift heavy stuff. Want to shed a few lbs, gotta be hungry for a while. Same thing today, don’t like being cold so walked into some icy water 😁 again, amazing health benefits and building mental resilience 👍🏻 for the record, I don’t force my clients to wade out into freezing water but I will encourage you to experience it for yourself 😁
