Goals, starting points, reasons for starting a health and fitness journey vary from person to person. This means results also vary from person to person. Some of the reasons people get better results are they simply just want it more. They have had enough of feeling and looking the way they do and will put that feeling into action. They probably have plans to follow and adhere to the plan 100%. This plan was probably designed by a coach which gives them extra accountability as they will need to check in and the coach helps them build healthy habits so that their actions required to achieve their goals are not seen as a chore but rather just part of their day.
Long and short of it, if you want lasting results, you need to put in the work BUT, you don’t have to do it alone. Hiring a coach can be expensive but again, that varies from coach to coach and client to client. Don’t ask, you don’t know.
