The best!!! From first phone call on, service was on time , driver courteous and professional. Will definitely use again. Thanks for a great experience . My 101 year old mom was in good hands.

My grandma was sick and is wheelchair bound. I called this company for help and thankfully they were able to accommodate on short notice. The were very kind especially when my grandma launched a cannon in the van. the driver was very happy to hear it. My grandma weighs 367 pounds and I was happy to hear that they could make accomodations for her. John and his colleague were on time and helped carry her out. They were very respectful and mindful of my grandmas autism. When my grandma got back she told me that they took great care of her. She was very happy with the service this company provided which is why I decided to tell others about this company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. Over all I give them a 5/5 stars definitely worth it.

Update 2: everything worked out fantastically. Update: I've received a couple call backs. Overnight system hack has caused the issues. Rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday and I'll update as I give them another chance. Everything was set up last week for an transport of my father-in-law, in his wheelchair, to his neurosurgeon appointment. Got a confirmation text and everything. Day of, today, no one shows up. No one answers any calls. Texts go ignored. Scam.

This company really came through for me. I broke my ankle and I live on the second floor with no elevator. I was desperately trying to find a company who would come with an electric wheelchair to get me up and down my stairs. Health Companion was the only company I could find who was able to assist me. I spoke with VAL who was very kind and understanding and I made an appointment with him to come in my home and take me down my outdoor stairs so I could go to my doctors appointment. He was on time, professional and he told me not to be scared. This electric wheelchair he has that has rubber tracks that took me down seven flights in about 10 seconds with no bumps. After my doctors appointment, I called him back up and VAL came back to my house and brought me back up the stairs with no issues. VAL has really helped my recovery because I’m not stressing about how I’m going to get in and out of my home. Do yourself a favor and give this company a call. They can help you with all your needs. Health Companion Will ALWAYS be my go to when I need help. Service with a smile!

Health Companion was beyond helpful today. I called from a doctor's office to help transport a wheelchair bound patient. They were at the office with-in 1/2 an hour and brought the patient home. Emily was efficient and understanding. Five stars for sure and I will keep their number on my desk from now on.

The best. Extremely reliable, professional, on-time, kind, cautious, safe drivers, extremely careful with patient! We've used Health Companion 3 times so far for my husband's post surgery doctor appointments and procedures. Due to complications he's had to use the stretcher transport and everyone from Emily to the men that have driven and cared for us have been incredible. Needing an NEMT was all new to us and they have made this a great experience. Highly Recommend!!

Great experience. Reasonably priced considering the scope of the service, answered call quickly and showed up on time (early in fact). Would def recommend and use them again if needed.

We personally used Health Companion to transport a family member and they were excellent. The driver was on time, courteous and the drive was smooth. I will definitely use them again.
