We have worked with Haywards for 8 years and it has been a refreshing experience. We have 2 mini splits and a full solar system that has been excellent. Warranty is easy, no hassle and they communicate well, they even got out same day for a fan failure in our outdoor unit due to the big storm. Their choice in equipment is a cut above the rest, they specked out a fantastic solar system that is twice as powerfull, with better components than anyone else we talked to. All this for roughly the same price as the sub par systems. I would highly recommend them.

I had my mini-splits cleaned and the technicians were polite and friendly. They worked hard and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. I am very happy with how well my units are running after the deep cleaning they got. The staff I spoke to when booking the appointment was also polite and friendly and did her best to ensure I. Sofiane was on time and courteous and polite throughout the service call. He found and fixed the issue quickly and showed me so I could see it for myself. He went above and beyond by melting the ice build up even though that wasn't part of the problem. The office staff were efficient and polite too, with text and email confirmations of everything. There was a small discrepancy with my invoice but they honored the price I was given without issue. I couldn't be happier with everything and would recommend Hayward to anyone.

We've been with Hayward for quite some time and I've never left a review. So here it is! If you are looking to upgrade your heating, electrical, or even dive into solar, this is 110% the right place to hire. Their team is talented, creative, and very good at what they each do. From the 4 heat pump cleanings we get done annually to the massive installation process we asked for, my wife and I were impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable they are. This is your one phone call when the time is right for you to upgrade your home in many ways!

Allison did a great job getting everything quoted and keeping the team updated on getting me scheduled - not that easy with the Hayward team so busy. That said, when they did call Ryan kept to his word and arrived on time for install. The HHS team worked all day getting the heat pumps installed in the dead of winter through double brick walls none the less. Impressed! Tenants are very happy with their professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Had to wait a few days for the service call to happen, but only because they’re so busy. Technician was very thorough. Would’ve been a full 5 star review if they’d followed up the next day as indicated by the technician. To be fair, I called them a year ago because my previous service provider was no longer available in the area. They took me on as a customer, and scheduled a service call two days out. Hayward is very responsive, thorough and competent.
