We’ve been going to Dr. Tsai, for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. He’s incredibly patient and gentle with my 7-year-old son, which makes dental visits a breeze. My husband, older son, and I all trust him with our care—and we always leave feeling well taken care of. Even though he’s the only dentist at the practice, he somehow manages to make time for emergencies, which is such a relief when unexpected issues pop up. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It truly feels like a family-oriented practice where everyone is treated with kindness and respect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist who genuinely cares about his patients!

Never had any pain with my teeth, I come every 6 months to my cleanings, and they always answer all my questions that I have. They deserve more than 5 stars! ⭐️ keep doing what you are doing! Receptionist super helpful and dental assistants are very gentle and listen to the patient felt very comfortable with them! Doctor Tsai is the best out there ! Always going through every possible scenario with great detail. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

Dr. Tsai, is one of the last honest dentists left in Hayward. Not one of these corporate dental mills that are trying to tie you into some crazy commitment. He's caring and honest with your best interest at hand. I only wish I would've started going here 16 years ago when I started going to my last dentist. I feel I would've been so better off. The phrase disservice hits home hard!

Dr. Tsai and his staff were incredibly helpful and considerate. They made me feel very comfortable knowing I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. They were very efficient with my extraction, and immediately helped me set up a cleaning for my next appointment. I highly recommend this dental office to others.

Amazing experience at Hayward Dental Arts! I am a regular here for all my cleaning and procedures. The staff is kind and takes good care of you. I am usually in and out in about 10-15 mins. I pushed my husband also to go here for his dental needs and he loves it !

Dr. Michael is so good with extracting and implanting.. I have been coming to his clinic for over a decade now and I feel like I always get the best treatment. I recommend him to anyone. The assistant Julie is also so helpful with setting up payment plans as well.

I have had to get two wisdom teeth extracted in the last few months. I was terrified of dentists due to some traumatic experiences I had as a child(not a dentist) and this is something that was needed for a long time. I finally got the courage to go with my wife’s help because I was consistently in so much pain. Dr Tsai made me feel very comfortable and made me realize I never had anything to be afraid of. Now I’m pain free in my mouth and I couldn’t be happier. I will continue to go to this dentist for years to come and will recommend to all my family and friends
