Erik made it possible for my very elderly parents to attend an important out-of-town family event. He met them at baggage claim, took care of the luggage, stopped at the local grocery store to pick up items they forgot, and delivered them safely to their hotel. He also kept me updated throughout so that I didn't have to worry. For the return trip, everything went equally smoothly, particularly because Erik advised us to leave earlier than we thought we needed to. Overall, superb communication and service!
