I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed! Katie took care of everything and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. She even helped me redeem a coupon and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I also appreciated how she offered me filter options without any pressure—just honest, helpful information. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Regular: $45 "Regular or synthetic?" "Regular" After completion: "Okay, that was synthetic that will be $115" "I said regular" "Well, I can add a $20 coupon" Incompetence at it's finest. Told them empty it and put regular if you have to. Tried charging me double for something I never asked for. Then receipt says they checked washer fluid. Nothing coming out as Im pulling out. I go back "Oh yeah, it's broken. Look. It's leaking." So they just make sure it's broken and don't actually tell you if you can't buy it there, but rest assure your air filter will need changing 100%. Incompetent.

If you have a VOLKSWAGEN, don’t go any where else. This is the place! They have the right tools for the German cars and they are always quick, honest, and competent!! Great place to change your oil and get an inspection.

this place treated me very poorly on my last visit, I had went to get an oil change and they left the bottom cover of my car open and when I was on the freeway my car started to make weird noises I was so close to getting into an accident. I was trying to communicate with them before they closed and left but no one would answer the phone, & they still tried telling me it was the card fault because some of the screws from the cover were already loose & how in order to replace that I would have to pay for the new screws after going through so much trouble and they couldn’t give a goood solution.

The girl who attended me has excellent customer service. She gave me a student discount and I was out of there quickly. I can tell my car is running a lot smoother now. I had previously taken it to Pepboys which was a big mistake. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I recieved here.

Best part are the Prices are just right for these hard times and the service was good. Was happy they had SYN Oil for our import in stock (Oil Changers/Jiffy Lube didn't have). Also had inspection done at great price. I also don't blame some guys for not knowing every Make/Model of import cars (didn't know where transmission dip-stick was on our VW Jetta) to check change status, but our oil change was done in a fair time. I will definitely be back to change transmission oil.

I highly recommend this business! I was a little confused by the "drive thru oil change" but when I realized that I sit right in the car, seeing everything they do, and most importantly- my children were nice and comfortable in their seats the whole time - I was sold! I hated getting traditional oil changes, having to wait long times and keep my toddlers from touching things or bothering people. This is the only way I will get my oil changes now! They were quick and even did my fuel injector service at a great price! I just came back for my state inspection and again - perfect, quick service. Thank you Logan!

I have been going to this place for the last 3 or 4 oil changes with no problem until the last time I went a few days ago... As soon as I get in I hear customers expressing concerns. I overhearded a customer was overcharged by a member of the crew and another about oil leaking and losing a quart of oil in a week. I don't know if all the concerns made me concerned but my power steering all of a sudden felt harder to steer... Well 3 out of 5 stars.

Very professional, young people buy with a great experience and fantastic customer service. I took my Pathfinder, and Jetta and they did a great job while you wait in your car . Fast and great customer service .

I always come here for my state inspections and I'll probably start taking my vehicle in for oil changes they're very fast and do a great job. No frills right to the job. Keep up the great work..!!
