I recently visited Hauser’s for a boot cast and was very impressed with the customer service. I want to especially thank Vidalia Pacheco for her outstanding support and her willingness to listen and answer all of my questions. She took the time to explain the different options and helped me try on the boot cast. Keep up the great work!

Service was friendly. I went to get my Moderna booster shot. They offer both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and you can easily book online. I received an email confirming my appointment. Their home health section is very large and there’s a lot of selection of home health equipment and aids to choose from.

Mobility & Home Healthcare representative Vidalia helped our family this past week. We were in need of a walker. Vidalia went above and beyond to see that our mom was cared for. Thanks again to Vidalia and Hauser’s Team!! Steve A moms son

I bought a Nexus walker for my 101 year-old mother and she absolutely LOVES it. The staff at Hauser's were essential to finding the correct product for her and we learned a lot about how important properly matching the person's physical attributes are. My mother has been active her whole life and she was worried that she was feeling a little unstable going for walks recently. Walking multiple times per day was part of who she is and now she can continue that regime with confidence and joy. Thanks so much to everyone at Hauser's.

When I started with Hausers 2 years ago I would have given it a 5 star rating. Since the pharmacist change over it has gone way downhill. I bring a lot of business with all my expensive meds and I do expect good customer service and I just feel lately like the service they give is begrudgingly given. I have never been rude to them as I know they must deal with difficult patients but I asked them to fax my doctor 2 weeks ago for a medication and today one pharmacy assistant said it wouldn’t go through and then the pharmacist said it had. I had called my doctor’s office and knew they didn’t have it. On top of that I had another doctor fax all my prescriptions in December and they state they didn’t get them all. Like I guess mistakes happen but all this happening on the same day is a bit much. Two weeks ago they tried to charge me $111 for a Rx that my insurance has been paying in full for over 6 years. I am staying away from Shoppers drug Mart so will start researching other independently owned pharmacies. It is a shame because it was one of the best I ever had before the best pharmacist left.

During my search for a medical aid device, I came across this location and had an absolutely outstanding experience. A staff member named Eva went above and beyond to assist me. When a barcode scanning issue arose, she took the initiative to sort it out quickly, ensuring I could take home exactly what I needed. Her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and dedication truly set this establishment apart. I couldn't be more grateful for her kindness and commitment to helping others!

We purchased some aids for my mom's knee replacement surgery. We received all of the help we needed & than some! All of our questions were answered and we were provided with recommendations on what would work best. The store is organized and clean. The staff is A++!

Wanted a Rapid Test kit and I called this Pharmacy about them. Actually had them on hand and were extremely friendly when I came by to grab a kit. Would definitely recommend people here for any pharmaceutical needs! 5/5

As a result of the ongoing pandemic, it was mandatory that I get the appropriate vaccines, respective booster shots, and COVID-19 tests for work- and school-related purposes. I had booked and gone to appointments at various pharmacies over the course of the pandemic, but I had experienced the best overall service when I visited Hauser’s Pharmacy and Home Healthcare. In particular, Ben had assisted me through the booking process and I immediately took note of his politeness and professionalism. He was very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly when I met him in person. I will definitely be visiting Hauser’s Pharmacy again due to great service from Ben. Thank you!

I was met with a very compassionate team at Hauser’s Pharmacy today. I am usually very strong however today my pain was unbearable and I broke down. The pharmacist was especially kind and compassionate and assisted me in finding a solution to my pain. I’ve suffered for months. Today is the first day I have managed to be pain free in more than 7 months. I am so grateful to the team at Hausers for their quick response, their kindness, professionalism, compassion and giving me hope in humanity again because they really proved to me that there are truly good people among us.
