Can’t say enough good about this guy , Mason is by far the best towing company in Hattiesburg, we had a huge funeral today and a 94 year old lady and daughter backed into the ditch, they called 3 different towing companies and got lied to on every call , I stepped in and made the call to Hattiesburg towing and mason jumped right on it . He did not hesitate and had a driver out in less than a hour . They was so easy and professional, had no problem working with the insurance company for payment , God bless mason and Hattiesburg towing , he just gained a whole church house of business …

What a great experience! I've dealt with recovery and tow truck operators a few times, and it isn't always pleasant. Mason was polite, set expectations, and communicated to me the entire time. I was traveling through with two vehicles and wasn't going to make it home an hour away. We parked it, made arrangements with him and drove home. A few hours later, our car was safely at the dealership we requested, without issue, and he conveniently accepted payment over the phone without any hidden or surprise charges. Who you going to call? HTS! I called HTS this past Sunday afternoon, stranded in the middle of nowhere, with a car trailer wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. Within minutes, Mason confirmed what was needed for the repair, and help was on the way! Junior showed up with a truck full of equipment and parts, and he had us back on the road within the hour. Thank you HTS! You are the new gold standard for mobile auto and trailer service!!

I had a fantastic experience with these folks! They were genuinely easy to communicate with. Mason is who I spoke to on the phone and he was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. TJ was the guy that actually came to tow my car and I felt bad because it wouldn't go into neutral and he was able to get it on the truck no problem anyway. Can't recommend these guys enough! I work at a local dealership and we recommend them, but this was my first experience personally. 100% 5 star service Thank y'all so much for making something so stressful quick and easy!

This company was the only one that picked up my phone call and got to me within a reasonable time! Paul (the tow truck driver) was beyond amazing! Besides being a MSState fan, he is #1 in my books! Mason and Mitchell are extremely helpful and honest. They responded very quickly to us when a block of wood got hung up under my daughter’s car while traveling north on interstate 59. These guys had us back on the road in no time. Thanks again for y’all care and concern.

Our daughter is a student at Carey. We live an hour and a half away. When she called hysterical after a mishap with a curb at 9:30pm, we needed a tow truck. Not being from there, I just googled “tow truck, Hattiesburg”. This is the one I randomly chose. And how thankful I am for that! Mason went above and beyond to make sure our girl was taken care of and even found someone that could fix the car for us. My husband didn’t even have to go over there. Mason took care of everything. We are so thankful to Mason and his crew for making sure our girl was taken care of.

I used these guys to tow a project car ill be putting together through out the winter, and they were super fast and right on schedule! They’re a bit pricey, but if you’re looking for professional, speedy service, they’re definitely worth it.

GOT IT DONE! When EVERYONE else failed, HATTIESBURG TOWING came through! Mason and his team are a rare find…responsive, trustworthy, and timely! They made a difficult engine problem their priority to get us on our way! Additionally, they found a specialty mechanic after they did a specialized vehicle tow. Yall!! MASON is a true blessing. I broke down labor day weekend and had to be towed im not from area so I googled in hopes to get help. That's just what I got!!
