Can’t say enough good about this guy , Mason is by far the best towing company in Hattiesburg, we had a huge funeral today and a 94 year old lady and daughter backed into the ditch, they called 3 different towing companies and got lied to on every call , I stepped in and made the call to Hattiesburg towing and mason jumped right on it . He did not hesitate and had a driver out in less than a hour . They was so easy and professional, had no problem working with the insurance company for payment , God bless mason and Hattiesburg towing , he just gained a whole church house of business …

What a great experience! I've dealt with recovery and tow truck operators a few times, and it isn't always pleasant. Mason was polite, set expectations, and communicated to me the entire time. I was traveling through with two vehicles and wasn't going to make it home an hour away. We parked it, made arrangements with him and drove home. A few hours later, our car was safely at the dealership we requested, without issue, and he conveniently accepted payment over the phone without any hidden or surprise charges.
