Very impressed with the service. I phoned them concerning a locked door at home for which we had no key. He said he would arrive in half an hour (and he did). He also supplied a key as well. He mentioned that the front door had a faulty lock and fixed it for no extra charge. As I wasn't home my daughter let her in and so he sent an invoice to me. It's not often these days you get such great service.

Alex did a great job changing my locks on short notice, was reasonably priced and was also happy to answer a bunch of questions and give me some advice about some other improvements for security. Highly recommended!
