I personally stay within about an hour of home because true expertise isn’t about coverage, it’s about connection.
To really guide my clients, I need to know:
Which roads are under construction
Which new shops just opened
Which schools or neighborhoods are changing
That kind of insight only comes from living it every day.
When someone calls me about an area outside my circle, I don’t just say, “Good luck.” Instead, I tap into my referral network — trusted agents across the state, country (and even the world) who care for clients the same way I do.
