I hate to write negative reviews, but as a patient from years ago with now serious orthodontic procedures required because of choices of this team I feel the need to. About a year and a half after I finished my braces, I had movement of my lower teeth and permanent retainer. The team said since it had been over a year that it wasn't covered by their "warranty" (possibly different language but this had been years ago.) I now am seeking orthodontic treatment again, and I have found out that one of my lower teeth (one of the ones my permanent retainer is cemented to) has removed itself from the bone, likely due to my braces not being left in place long enough to cement into place, or possibly improper placement of my lower retainer. I only have resin/cement on two teeth, rather than all of my teeth to help reduce the risk of movement. Because of the treatment choice the team made, I not either am stuck with occluded lower teeth and a permanent retainer that is holding a tooth in place, or I need to remove a otherwise healthy adult tooth to get my smile fixed. Be weary of the treatment plan and ensure they give you a removeable retainer, as my upper teeth are still perfect since I was able to put in the retainer myself versus the "permanent" one that did not keep my teeth in place or prevent serious dental issues down the road. I doubt I have any recourse as you typically sign your life away for these treatments, so be careful who you seek to help with the only set of teeth you get in life.

Genuinely kind, extremely knowledgeable, and they always remember everything about my care. It’s refreshing to find a place where everyone truly cares. Highly recommend!
