They are one of the most Awesome and Quality Products manufacturers when it comes to Coolers. We had been their consumers since 2016-17 onwards and had taken several types of products from them. The best part of their service is; they have plenty of choices when it comes to designs, colors and above all stability in their products in terms of quality as well as Economy !!!They have Excellent Range of Symphony Coolers which are well designed and durable !!

Here I am sharing my experience of buying a cooler from them, both the owners of this shop seems to be brothers but I intrectected with one of them during my purchase and I am highly disappointed due to his rude behaviour and the way he treated me, but the twist in story is that Even after his misbehave I bought cooler from him as I need a cooler on that day only and I don't have time to go to another shop. Now I used that cooler on that night and found that due to some manufacturing defect ( pump is not working properly) it's cooling is very poor so on next day I called the owner to get it rectified but he is tellig me that this is the peak season time that's why he is unable to send any technician to my place to get it rectified which is an excuse obviously. So I recommend to avoid going there as there are many shops available nearby to them.

Please do not buy coolers from here. They are just selling a local & poor products. I bought a cooler from here in July'22 & that time seller said if you face any issue just call us we'll send a person to look at it. I used that cooler till September almost 2 months & then today (June'23) I wanted to use it again but it didn't start & it has issue in its motor. I called the seller they are saying you have to bring that cooler your own at my place & then I'll see what happened else we can not do anything. Moreover he said bring the bill with you as well else we cannot help you. I have lost that bill since as a normal consumer no one thinks like this product will get broke as early. Seller rudely said I can't help in this. I can't beleive I have bought new cooler that I used for 2 months & now all my money got wasted. Please do not buy things from here . They are cheating with customers by selling cheap products.

They have all varieties of coolers from various brands like Symphony,Kenstar etc. They provide full attention to customers requirement according to their budget. During my conversation with them, I got to know they are one of the oldest dealer in the city for coolers.Moreover besides branded ones, they also have their own brand coolers with the name of Harshit coolers. Also, they deal in mattresses, chairs,blankets etc. Overall, my experience was very good.
