I am very pleased with the care I receive from Nurse Practitioner Joe Ruiz of Harmony Cares. Everything about my experience with him has been positive. He is incredibly caring, respectful, and professional. Joe takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable with every part of my care. He is also very intelligent and knowledgeable, which gives me complete confidence in the decisions he makes regarding my health. I never feel rushed during appointments, and it’s clear that he truly cares about his patients. He treats me with kindness and respect every time we meet. Joe Ruiz is a smart and compassionate provider who takes his work seriously, and I am grateful to have him as part of my healthcare team. Harmony Care has the best staff I have worked with in a long time. They had a good aide available for me. They do not go through many aides as my previous agency did. The office staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the clients happy. I highly recommend Harmony Care to anyone who needs help at home.
