The Structured Family Caregiver Waiver
SFCW allows family members (including spouses) or friends to provide care for loved ones with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related disorders, while being compensated for their efforts.
This program is designed for family caregivers providing care at home for individuals who have active Missouri Medicaid and are suffering from dementia.
