Unless they are either good or really awful, I hardly ever write reviews. In this instance Harky's Chimney is an excellent business with an excellent staff. Their employee responded quickly and was kind in his responses to all of my questions. The leader of their techs gave an arrival time estimate. He arrived on time and was courteous. Prices for fireplace inserts were fair. I appreciate your wonderful service. Next year, I'll give you guys a call to arrange for our regular chimney cleaning.

The selection of product to choose from is good, and the quoted costs from start to finish are fair & reasonable. The installation team was top-notch and careful to cover all items that needed to be protected before proceeding, as well as taking all the left over packaging and wrappings with them upon completion. Once installed, they also took the time to show me how to work the unit. The whole process was easy!
