Harkey Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing local company that truly delivers. Our furnace began malfunctioning during freezing temperatures, and after reading their excellent reviews, my husband gave them a call. They explained their priority membership program, which offers discounts, priority service for emergencies, and two annual maintenance visits—one for heating and one for air conditioning. Each visit includes cleaning, inspection, and a tune-up. We joined the program and appreciate the convenient monthly payment option. We also want to note that they’re very fair in pricing compared to the frequently advertised companies. We have dealt with both & they truly care! When my husband called dispatch and explained that we had no heat, and we have an 83 year old mom in the house, they immediately took action and sent Josh. I was in dire need of a new HVAC system so I called Harkey to get an estimate. Darel Ross was in my home that afternoon explaining the best options for my home. A week later I had a new American Standard unit in my home. Installation was done in one day and their employees were awesome…very professional and knowledgeable. I am now using them to do work at a rental home our church has and they are once again doing outstanding work ! I would highly recommend them and for you folks born and raised in Mooresville this is family rich in the heritage of Mooresville! 5 star rating for sure!!!

Kim took my call, listened as I explained our issue, never interrupted me, and politely gathered the information needed to set up a service call. They were able to schedule me the same day... Even that morning. They gave me a 90 minute arrival window and I received a text as soon as the appointment was scheduled and another text once the technician was on his way. The technician (Maddux) was respectful, friendly, and thorough. He covered his shoes when coming in from outdoors and politely listened and answered my questions. He diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts to get everything fixed. And he made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Paying the bill was done easily online after receiving the invoice via email (or we could have written a check if we wished). Josh was actually a little early for our appointment. You can’t say that for most companies. He did the free inspections and adjustments on our unit they installed in June. We were having an issue with one of our other units. He tested it quickly, answered numerous questions and led us to the best decision. I expect we will be having Harkey replace that unit also By the way, when the county inspector came to check the installation of our new unit in June, he was very satisfied and stated that Harkey does good work

I would like to recommend Harley Heating, Cooling & plumbing as they are an excellent company. They just installed a new HVAC system in my home. They are very prompt, polite and informative. Everything that needed to be done to be replaced and upgraded for the new furnace and air conditioner was finished in one day. The next day they were back to install a humidifier and thermostat and cleanup the work areas. Great company and owner, Ryan Harkey plus his employees.Will continue to be a customer in the future.

First experience with Harkey HVAC. Office staff was very friendly and timely to get an appointment set up for a convenient time. Our Service Tech was on time, professional and very thorough and explained everything he was doing.

Harkey’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing sent Josh (Tech), out to troubleshoot our HVAC heating after a huge increase in our utility bill. He was able to identify our issue, and immediately diagnosed our problem. He was honest, and completely focused on insuring I understood the problem. I completely trust Harley’s, and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Harkey returned to fix a control panel issue I had with my furnace. They were able to fix the issue fairly quickly and successfully. While they were here, they kicked the tires of my other unit and my A/C units to be sure all was well. As far as customer service, Harkey has been by far the best company I have worked with in the area. Had a 5 star experience today.
