I have a few different issues, shoulder/back pain, the "blessing of menopause," a black mold exposure, and a bout with Lyme disease, 2024 was rough, lol. I can not thank Aaron enough for the relief he provides me. I get cupping and needles twice a month, and it relieves the back pain when my only other option was prescription medication I didn't want to take. My other issues are also being treated and alleviated. I recommend Harbor Acupuncture and Aaron Stephan. He is knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to do extra research to make sure he is providing the best treatment for each situation. I'm getting better every day, and all thanks go to Harbor Acupuncture.

Dr. Stephan really helped me with my fibromyalgia pain -- it is gone! -- and is continuing to help me with other health issues. Great results. My protocol was 1x a week for 8 weeks. It went by so fast. I resolved two discomforting issues within that 8 weeks. Its worth every penny !! Aaron takes time to speak and listen to his patients! You will not regret investing in yourself with acupuncture.
