Happy to Help Caregiving has gone above and beyond all of my expectations. They have been like a dream compared to all previous nightmarish home health care companies I have used over the years. They truly live up to their name and I would suggest them to everyone needing home health care. They have never been unfriendly or unkind in any way, they even return my calls within minutes when I have had afterhours issues or questions. They treat me with great respect and help me to feel that I do matter.

Happy to Help Caregiving has been such a blessing for my dad and our family. Their team has gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. It’s obvious how much they genuinely care about him. Knowing he’s happy and well cared for gives me so much peace of mind. Their team has gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. Big shout out to the office staff communicating so well even when the scheduling gets chaotic and we add shifts at the last minute! There are a lot of moving pieces and overall I'm impressed with how they handled things so far! 1 year of service and onward we go!

Happy to help care caregiving is the whole package. Not only does the owner keep track of what his employees are doing he cares. It's not about the money to him. It's not about. Growing huge and fast it came in easy learning. His clientele I can't tell and working with the whole company.. If there's a problem he tries to dissolve it as fast as possible. The on call staff is amazing and they try to get people as fast as they can recoveridge. Now let me tell you about the support system. They have for not only their Clientele they have four third employees. That's been rough for them for their patients. And the caregiver is so slossed. 2 months with things happening illnesses happening. But they're still there and they're still willing to help. I would recommend and have recommended happy to help care giving. I want my nurses that are niece's to apply.I want my daughter that doesn't LPN deserve to apply. It's just a great place to work. It's a great place to have someone come into your home and make sure you're taking care of

We have been delighted with my husband’s care—-especially with Natalie—who helps him with his care needs, takes him out to eat at his favorite restaurants, shopping, watches his shows, banters with him and generally pitches in with housework or anything she sees that she can do to help. We are growing very fond of her and told her she is now just a fixture in our family. Thank you for such a good caregiver!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the caregiving services I’ve received! From the very start, the staff has been compassionate, professional, and incredibly reliable. They took the time to understand my specific needs and paired me with a caregiver who has been an absolute blessing. My caregiver not only helps with daily tasks but also genuinely cares about my well-being. Whether it’s assisting with meals, helping around the house, or just being a kind presence to talk to, their support has made such a difference in my life. If you’re looking for a caregiving service that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They’ve brought peace of mind to me and my loved ones, and I’m forever grateful! Joe Ann

Client care is 5 plus stars.the owner himself takes time to learn how to fix or what can be done better. The staff is very caring and kind. The caregivers do a great job and keep things as they can so the next caregiver can help the other caregiver give the best care can be.

Hello Montana: I am writing on behalf of my Mother, Marie Smith and want to extend a true Thank You to Natalie Smith for her care of my Father, Frederick Smith over the last several months. Natalie has made a true difference for my Dad during the most physically and emotionally challenging time of his life. He lost not only his health, but his independence, which was one of the most important things to him. Natalie helped give him back some of his independence and was more than a caregiver to my Dad, she was his friend, which he needed outside of his family during this challenging time in his life. Natalie helped him become less afraid of the inevitable, which needed to come from a true friend which Natalie became. Today is the day of his passing and Natalie has been here to help support each family member and especially my Dad and she should be recognized for going above and beyond during a time that her love and care was needed for my Dad. Thank you Natalie, you are a part of our family now (whether you want to be or not!) Sincerely, Jon Smith (for Marie and Frederick Smith)
