This sweet 6 year old dachshund-terrier mix has quite a story to tell. Adopted as a tiny pup by her loving family, she was rescued from the brutal Texas heat after living outside all on her own - and it's clear those early days left a mark.π₯Ήπ
Before the day of her dental cleaning, Dad gently warned us that Remi was very anxious. We hear that a lot and figured, "Most dogs are nervous; she will do great!" But the moment he handed her to us, she clung onto our shoulder like her little life depended on it, digging her little nails in for safety. It broke our hearts a little...and made us love her even more.π
Despite her fears, Remi was brave. Truly brave. And we were honored to help her feel a little more comfortable, one paw at a time.π₯° π
