I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Adi. Grooming big dogs was absolutely no issue, and from the moment we arrived it was clear that Adi is a genuine animal lover. My dogs felt comfortable, calm, and totally at ease the entire time, which honestly means everything. Even though there was quite a bit of matted hair to deal with, Adi stayed so positive, patient, and kind throughout the whole groom. There was zero stress and so much care shown. My dogs came back looking amazing and clearly happy and relaxed. It’s such a relief to find a groomer you can fully trust — especially for large dogs. Highly, highly recommend Adi!

Adi did such a great job grooming my two dogs, Rocky and Jessie (both Shih Tzu x poodles). They looked amazing afterwards and were totally relaxed with her. You can tell she really cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Adi and I’m so happy we found her. We’ve tried so many other places and Baxter always ends up leaving nervous and shaking, and panics when we try to take him back again. With Adi at Happy Tail he came home like his normal self, happy and tail wagging. And if he could speak I am sure he would say how happy he was with his new hair-do and his handsome neck scarf. Will definitely be taking Baxter back again when he needs a tidy or full groom.

Highly recommend! This place is great. Lovely outdoor area for the doggies. She didn’t charge extra when I was running late to pick him up, which was so kind 🙏 The environment is nice, the price is fair, and it’s super easy to book and park. The 2-hour service was perfect. Charlie’s grooming was amazing, and he even got a cute little scarf! I’ve never seen him so happy. At the end, she sent me a beautiful photo of my baby. The groomer is sweet, professional, and truly caring. Love that! ❤️
