Could not be more satisfied with my experience at Happy Paws. The staff are incredibly attentive and careful with our furry loved ones. As a very busy, solo dog parent with an anxious rescue that is not ready to stay home alone, I heavily rely on their daycare services. Every staff member has treated my pup like one of their own and I feel that the separate small and large dog play areas are very safe. They also have frequent social events for regular clients (see photos below from a birthday party) that are so much fun! At the end of the day my dog is exhausted and I know it’s from having so much fun at Happy Paws! Grooming services are great, well-priced, and timely. Bonus: they have a vast array of products in case you need any last minute items. Excellent hours, especially for us that can’t get out of the office at 5pm every day. Happy Paws is our home away from home.

I absolutely love Happy Paws! I have been taking my dog, Cocoa, there for the last 9 months and I am so happy to have found a community that cares for her as much as I do. I take Cocoa there for grooming, daycare, and over night boarding. I was really hesitant about taking my dog to daycare as she was a covid puppy who was used to being with me 24/7. The happy paws staff listened to my concerns and worked with Cocoa so that she would feel confident in the new environment. She now loves going to daycare to play with her friends and she adores the happy paws staff! I love that they give me photo updates throughout the day and an end of day report card discussing her behavior and who she played with. They also put on events for the dogs and humans that include photo ops, food, and enrichments activities! The attention to detail and fun touches really sets them apart. I can tell they really love Cocoa and all of their resident dogs. I would recommend Happy Paws to anyone looking for a new daycare for their pup!

Beyond happy with our toys from Happy Paws!!! I am a part time dog sitter with lots of clients. We gave one of our regulars a Christmas toy during her recent stay and she was obsessed. A typical golden who loves to carry her toys with her everywhere. She normally rips right through anything plush, so these were perfect for her. I will absolutely purchase toys from Happy Paws again soon.

We would highlight recommend Happy Paws. The staff is wonderful & loving. They really care about the pups in their care & even told us about Max licking his paws while at daycare. The inground pool is awesome & the facility is super clean. Our pup had a blast. We were staying in Lake Buena Vista & commuted over two hours daily to bring our dog Max for daycare while we were here. Max can’t wait to come back.

I"ve been going to Happy Paws for close to 20 years. Your newly hired check-out lady is unnecessarily rude and extremely unpleasant. Please reconsider this hire. I love to support local business. But I won't be supporting this one any longer due to the rudeness of the staff.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal client of my groomer for over two years — she’s a floater, so wherever she goes, my dog and I follow. Even after moving to New Jersey, I still travel to Manhattan for her. Unfortunately, this establishment is completely lacking in understanding. My dog is fully vaccinated, but my veterinarian at Small Door follows a science-based approach. For one vaccine, she explained that a titer test showed his antibodies are high, so it’s not necessary to revaccinate until next year. I understand that businesses have policies regarding vaccinations, but a little flexibility and willingness to understand a loyal client’s situation would have gone a long way. And frankly, after reading the many bad reviews about their daycare staff — picking dogs up by the neck and even hitting them with a filthy mop — I’m relieved my dog won’t be spending a minute here.

I could not be happier to work with Happy Paws for both grooming and daycare. My dog is happy when he is there and is well taken care of and the staff sends me updates and photos and generally cares for Koda.

Day one hazel made great friends! Poe and Bailey are her BFF’s! She also has a team of happy paw humans who love her and look out for her every time she is there! Ashley is like her happy paws mama. We love happy paws!

I brought my dog for grooming. He looked good when I picked him up, but later, at home, I discovered he had a few cuts. The staff should have informed me about it. The dog is unhappy for days, crying. He had never been hurt until now. It is highly unprofessional in the first case that such a thing happened, and even more so that nobody said anything about it.

I take my dog there to get groomed. They’re very nice and affordable in comparison with other groomers near by. Also — I was surprised at the prices of their dog food and treats.
