Happy Hooker Towing

My vehicle got totaled yesterday evening. The police called for a tow. I have never been in an accident, and last night someone hit my husband. I was rushing to get there but EMS had already taken my husband within minutes! I was so stressed out & I didn't have a clue what to do. Wyatt & Jaden explained everything to me, gave me a ride down the street to my home & helped me unload all of my work gear. They even carried my equipment into the house for me. By that time I had more questions. They took their time & helped me to really understand which helped me to calm down & feel better. They were truly great & went over & beyond to help. Just outstanding service! I don't know if I ever thanked them. If not, please tell them thank you & I appreciate their hard work! That Honda was amazing! And they grabbed the badge for me that was broken off! And they seen I was shaken up & they even got a couple pics for me.

I wanted to call AAA to tow my car after a wreck...highway robbers with rude associates who assume the worst of people, sight unseen. I would never call them to tow my car, ever! WPD called them and made me feel like I didn't have a choice. The driver was nice though but that's it..they make it financially impossible for you to get your car back..over 600.00 with a DAILY additional cost of 45.00! Ridiculous!

Jeremy, who was the one that towed the car, was great on communication by letting me know how far he was and was very fast and careful while putting the car on the bed. He was very respectful and cool. He was done in around 10 minutes! 100% 5 star service

I needed a tow truck for my step daughter's car because her key fob quick working(no it wasn't the battery). After going through some spam posts on Facebook I finally messaged Happy Hooker towing and they had someone dispatched immediately. James was the tow driver and he definitely went above and beyond for us. Because the key fob didn't start the vehicle we couldn't get it into neutral to assist in getting it on the bed of the truck. He did what he could to get the ramp of the bed all the way to the front end tires to save the transmission as much as possible. Then when dropping it off, we had to use some dish soap on the bed in front of the tires to get those tires to slide easier and he just rocked the car off slowly. He didn't even hit the front bumper on the ground like I anticipated!!! Whatever you do, James is a fabulous asset to the company and we would have tipped him but I didn't have any extra cash! But he deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication!!! He was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Happy Hooker Towing any day!

The lady on the phone and the driver were all really nice! The driver went above and beyond to make it easy and even helped me identify the problem. He even did extra when dropping it off at the mechanic for me. The price is also really reasonable. 10/10 recommend and will be using them again if needed!

Was treated real Good by Driver. Called me ahead of time. And loaded and unloaded Car at Mechanic Shop with No Problems!! I even gave Him a $20 tip. He told.Me it had been a slow night and He works on Commision. He has a Hard Job,lot of Responsibility.

They were very nice and understanding of my situation. The process of getting everything out of my car was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future if needed.

Rhiannon set everything up for us and was Amazing! Did a tow for us from OK to Kansas for a little over 500 bucks! Local and right there and right back. They picked up at 9 and I had my car at 11:30 with communication with dispatch the while time. - Thank You Rhiannon and Happy Hooker

Jeremy was our tow truck driver. Very polite and quick. This was our second tow in 25 years and they are still the best in our eyes. Thank you Jeremy!
