A nice place overall mostly if you have outing plans and stay only for the night. The ground floor apartment is very closed off no view and you can not open the windows for fresh air, the back veranda has a open drain the smells. Garbage right outside the back door by the kitchen. There was the smell of paint and so much noise during the day as there was work going on. This should have been informed.

Had a fantastic stay at this homestay in Shillong. The location is excellent—peaceful and conveniently situated near key attractions and local spots. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, which made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the kitchen—spacious, modern, and fully equipped, making it a joy to cook and dine in.

Place is very comfy and the behaviour of ower and staff were very polite and good and they help us in various things like renting scooty & car. the rooms are clean and nice. Allover awesome stay i highly recommend it.

This place is a gem ...if u are in a group of 5-6 don't think twice before booking this place ...the rooms are spacious come with a heater ...which is a blessing in Shillong's chilly weather ...to top it all they have a pretty well equipped kitchenette where we did cook on the days we stayed reason being most of the eateries in Shillong close by 6pm and don't open before 10.30-11am..so the kitchen setup was helpful ...due to some reason we had to cancel a days stay at their place but the owner was very accommodating and didn't argue much on it ...cons - The rooms didn't have much view but we didn't mind that..since on most days we reached pretty late ...out of the 3 rooms my room had issue with the water heater which the caretaker tried correcting but we still faced the issue ...but nonetheless the apartment was well worth every penny spent ...our place had 3 spacious double bed rooms 1 kitchen area and 1 dining area ... definitely worth the money and plus it is just 10 mins from police bazaar and other major attractions in Shillong

Location is good as it is very at centre. Especially if you're going for medical purposes at Woodland Hospital, Shillong then it's really perfect
